Key Information Documents
Key Information Documents are intended to improve the transparency of information provided to workers, particularly around pay. They include an overview of how any fees and deductions will affect the your pay throughout a supply chain. KIDs will enable you to make a more informed decision about taking on an assignment based on how your take-home pay will be affected by agency fees (where applicable*) and other deductions.
You can compare example calculations below. All are based on a given day rate of £200 and are provided so that you can make an informed decision about pursuing the role you’ve been shortlisted for, and to consider how you will work on the assignment.
When your application progresses, you will receive a Key Information Document specific to you, your assignment, and the way you’ve chosen to work so you’ll be fully appraised before signing any contract.
*Connected Consulting does not deduct any fees for itself from your pay rate.
