The Journey So Far

In 2008 the three founders – David Judge, Simon Kemp and Martin Rohan – decided to realise their ambition to create and run a recruitment consultancy based on their own business and personal principles.

Our Brand is of huge importance to us. At this stage the brand is centered around the Founders. It is important to us that our brand continues to reflect our personal and business ideals as Connected Consulting grows into a larger company. We have thought long and hard about our Mission Statement and brand values.

After two years of trading we have been fortunate to have signed Preferred Supplier Agreements with companies that we respect and enjoy working with. We have to believe in the brand and employer experience of the companies we work with to be true to our own vision and values.
